If kid add 150 to the above for each kid.

really, that seems much cheaper than for Australia (around $4000-5000)

by the time you gather all the documents, translations, take the English test, do the ECA, the cost will be much higher.

It will still be cheaper than Australia.

IETLS, WES doesnt cost more than 600 USD. And rest of the documents arent much of a headache.

Sorry but in order to get a WES assessment first I had to send back my diplomas to my home country to get an additional stamp on them, the shipping of the documents costed me > 200 CAD, and the translations another 100 CAD (not including the WES fee of 233 CAD).
If you're lucky enough to have all your documents in English, you can indeed save some money.
