I made errors in my IMM5645 form in my study permit application. How do i change it and hope it wont affect my eligibility?

I have sent a sent another correct copy of 5645 through the webform but did not include a letter of explanation. However, I have sent another correct copy with an apology letter that explains the error. Hope it is not an issue raising the webform more than once?
