Application deadline for September semester

Friends,

I am going to apply for study permit on 15th of July, 2012 for September, 2012.

I know there is no time left as processing will take about 11 weeks. So what you people think ?

Case 1: I will get immediate rejection that no sufficient time is there

or

Case 2: CHC will not reject my application and ask me to get defferel letter from university for January semester

provided that I have adequate funds and no study mismatch etc.

apply as soon as possible
time duration for university student is quick and if they need more time you will be ask to defer your admission.
