Application canceled twice. I need some advice!

Hi, My application was canceled twice both due to incomplete information:
1. Due to date mismatch in my police report. That was my mistake so I changed and applied it again.
2. A copy of your completed Canadian credential was not included with your electronic application. This document is required based on the education details you provided in your Express Entry profile.

I am kinda confused about the 2nd reason. I am in Canada right now, I did my Masters degree here. I completed my degree this December 2019 but I have not received my degree certificate yet. I will be awarded that on my graduation ceremony on May 28th, 2020. But I choose Option C (a degree certificate was awarded; I provided a degree completion certificate awarded by university saying I have completed my degree and the certificate will be awarded on May 28th, 2020).
So, is it canceled because of this or is it because I did not have my WES credential for an undergraduate degree? Do we need WES credential for my undergraduate degree even if I have my Master's degree here in Canada?

I would love to clarify my question if needed.

Yes, they have. I have a degree completion certificate saying that I have successfully completed and I will receive it in May 2020.

Interesting. I'm not used to Canadian universities issuing certificates stating that degrees are complete. They typically issue letters.

In any event, it could be due to a misunderstanding by the visa officer who may have interpreted that to mean that you don't have your degree yet (technically you do not have it until it's awarded) and are thus ineligible to count it as completed education.

yes, it is a letter actually not a "certificate" per se. So I am now thinking that I should have chosen Option A or B which is Degree not awarded but in goo standing or degree certificate not awarded.

You need to submit the actual degree certificate, not the graduation letter stating you have completed the program and will get your degree

Neither of those are options available to you. Option A means you did not complete but were in good standing (this may be the closest to your current status) and Option B means you did not complete the program.

You most likely need to wait until May.
