Application Buttons Missing

Hello,

I was uploading the docs to complete my ITA and went all the way to the Sign and pay part. However, i logged out before then and didn't proceed. Now when i return to my profile, i am unable to continue the application. The buttons are missing where it usually says 'Continue application. It is now simply blank as can be seen in the attached image. Can anyone help out?

Thanks. I am a little concerned as i feel like i screwed up the profile submission. In addition, i can't even see an option to pay the fees or make modifications to my docs as i haven't fully completed it.

If its not submitted then it will show something. And if its submitted even if its wromg it should show submitted or something.

Since its neither its probably a tech issue. Im having issue with logging in today.

Ah, i see. Also, it showed that i have to pay 910 dollars, whereas i thought it was approx 1300? Any ideas on that? Thanks.

Im not sure about that. You can calculate from here

Sometimes you can pay the right to PR fee later so maybe thats that.

Ah yes, looks like it is not showing the right to PR fee for me and is only showing the other 2 components. Any ideas on how I can also pay the right to PR fee while submitting so that I don't have to wait for it and pay later? Thanks mate

Maybe a wait a day see if your tech issue is fixed.
But when you pay with the credit card you have to type in the amount so you can just type in the total. But its just a suggestion.
If its not showing(and not a tech issue) then you can wait, when they do the R10 check on your profile they will ask you to pay it and you can pay on the same day not much of a hassle.

@bill.s.preston Were you able to solve the technical issue? I am facing the same and not able to see the continue button on the ITA.
