Application after 26th June, 10

Has anyone got AOR who has sent application under new rules of 26th june, 10..?
its about 4 months and i haven't received any reply from CIO... Just want to be sure if they have started sending AORs to the applicants who have applied under new rules...

4 months is probably about average for getting AOR now. Applications received around 18th August are currently getting AORs (a couple after that but also a few before haven't), so depending on when your application was received you might expect to hear something within a few days now.
