Application Accepted for Processing - when do I send the police ver docs?

Hi,

I got an email about a month ago that my application was put into processing for FSW 2014. I have not sent my police verification certificates along with the package, so do I have to wait until I get to hear from the CIC-Ottawa office or send them to their office directly, by quoting the UCI and/or application number (provided in the email)?

However, the letter also says 'Please do not forward additional documents unless requested. If additional documents are required, you will be provided an address to forward required documents'.
