Oh dear , didn't anyone tell you that once your get married or enter into a common law relationship you no longer are eligible for dependent sponsorship. If you continue you will be gaining this Pr under false pretense. You will not be able to sponsor your husband in the future. There is no way round this ,you have to tell them and withdrawn your application.

Agreed. You no longer meet the requirements to be classified as a dependent in your father's application and can no longer obtain PR through your father's application. Your father needs to contact the visa office to let them know that you are now married and need to be removed from the application.

I replied this to your other post, which has since been removed.

As you have been informed, now that you are married, you are ineligible for PR as a dependent of your father (principal applicant). He must immediately inform CIC of your status change and remove you from the application. If he doesn't, both you and he will be committing the offence of misrepresentation and risk your family's PR application, which could be refused now or revoked in the future.

No - no hope. Again, you no longer meet the criteria to be classified as a dependent. So there is nothing to appeal. If you still wish to immigrate to Canada then you will have to qualify and apply independently (e.g. through the Federal Skilled Worker / Express Entry program).
