Applicant Signature and Photo Isse

Hi everyone,

I am helping my family to prepare for the Home Worker Support program.
They are outside Canada, and I am in Canada to help them for the preparation and submit the application.
Have three issues as follow:

1. If they can send me the scan copy of signature for me to submit or it has to be original.
2. For the two photos, if they can send me the electronic file and I print out in Canada, also attached with the prove of photo taken from the commercial photographer.
3. They have minor to accompany, other than the submit of study permit application form, should I also attach with Imm5646 Custodian parent form with the application?

2. Printing in Canada is fine
3. Study Permit Application form is enough, if the birth certificate has both Parent's name

The checklist request all the application form should be original, if IRCC still deems this scan copy as original?

The bar codes are not on the signature page. So you can print the bar codes locally. On the flip side, you can get the scanned copy of the signature page and rest you can print here.

If you are worrying to this extent, then ask the applicant to FedEX you the documents. Then you can submit from here.
