Hi - The caregiver I want to sponsor, is legally married but has not been with her husband for years. There is no divorce in the Philippines and an annulment takes years. He is not a supportive person ... he hasn't seen the kids for years and provides no support. How does she do her application?

She needs to prove they are not living together for an extended period of time. She can explain how divorce is not an option in the Philippines although IRCC is aware. Always good to highlight.
