I did a search on this forum for an answer to my question but I couldn't find what I was looking for.
I have a family class case for PR for my wife in India. Long story short, I want all immigration contact to come to me. We have used a representative earlier but we no longer want to use him, so I need to fill out IMM 5476.
My question is this:who's name do I put under applicant information (section A)? The way I see it, my wife is the applicant and I'm the sponsor. I would think her information goes there but a lawyer my wife is dealing with in India says to put my name. That makes no sense to me. Who's right?
