Hello dear forummates.. I need your advice..
I am sending our passports to CEM tomorrow but I am having trouble filling up Appendix A... It's a simple question but I'm not sure the way I understood the instructions... I am the principal applicant with my son and hubby as my dependants.
Question is.....
Appendix A asks to complete the following information for YOU AND ALL YOUR DEPENDANTS, whether accompanying or not. And at the bottom part it says, Original Signature of Principal Applicant besides the date.
Do we need to provide our own copy of Appendix A with my signature as the Principal Applicant? or Just fill up only one form of Appendix A for us three?
I know this is a simple question, I just want to be sure. Hope somebody could shed light on this... Thank you in advance.. GOD Bless us all.
