I sponsored my parents including my youngest brother. My dad is my principal applicant and has 5 children.
We were asked to complete appendix A for YOU AND ALL YOUR DEPENDANTS, whether accompanying or not. And at the bottom part it says, Original Signature of Principal Applicant besides the date.
Do we need to provide our own copy of Appendix A with my Dad's signature as the Principal Applicant? or Just fill up only one form of Appendix A for all three? or provide 7 copies of appendix A form.
I know this is a simple question, I just want to be sure. Hope somebody could shed light on this... Thank you in advance.. GOD Bless us all.
