I’m starting this thread because there’s virtually nothing available on the forum to guide me.
My ex tried to sabotage my parents’ PGP’22 application eventually leading to refusal in April’25 when he withdrew his co-sponsorship. I fought the decision in appeals and won. This was exactly 8 days ago. I received the formal letter from IAD/IRB almost immediately. I sent it to ircc and they confirmed that my file is now with an agent. My parents completed all eligibility in April’25 and the only thing that changed was the sponsorship cosponsor that I mentioned.
How long from here do u need to wait for everything to be completed? All their documents are within validity and have not expired.
