Hello friends,
My friend have serious situation . She is in India and her husband citizen from Canada.
Her husband is divorced and his ex wife put criminal records on his head like sexual harassment , abuse etc.
He got divorce in from his ex wife in 2011. And he got married to my friend again in India on 2012.
They have 2 years old baby. Their spousal sponsorship case refused in March 2015.
Husband applied for appeal in June 2015.
It's been more then 1 year now no response for hearings till now from court
Can some one suggest what should they do now?
