Appeal rejection :(((

I did not finish my studies, no support back home or here, I applied for the TRP but it was rejected, I do not know the reasons why the appeal was rejected, I will meet up with my lawyer on Monday to overturn that decision.

Why was the original H&C refused? What was the reason the TRP was refused?How much time did you spend studying? How long between when you stopped studying and the assault? Was in years? months? Days? Do you have family in Canada? If the majority of your family remains in your home country that can be a reason for rejection since you have support in your home country. How have you been surviving since you stopped studying?

First of all I want to say that I am sorry to hear that you have been a victim of abuse and that I’m happy that the person is in jail. What is your immigration history in Canada? What was your status in Canada when you arrived and throughout your stay? Do you have family in Canada or in your home country? What were the reasons for rejection for both the H&C applications? Have you been working throughout your time in Canada? Have you had a WP throughout the whole time?

They rejected the application because ( "I made an allegation and has not been proved)" years later, guess who is prison? He was found guilty, he is where he deserves now, but the judge who review my appeal rejected it because "I (me, the applicant) like to put myself in danger and it is my fault what happened to me...
