Hey guys,

Just to let you know, another application for the H&C will be sent next week with new updates and documents; imm can deport me even if I have an H&C application in process. However, the application would be used as grounds to request a deferral of the removal and if that is not granted then my lawyers can make a stay application with the Federal Court.

Wish me luck with this new application =) I am too exhausted mentally :((((
 
Good luck !! Hopefully things work out eventually.
What was the reason for rejection?
 
I hope they work out this time, I can't handle it for longer :((( I do not know the reasons for the rejection, but my lawyer knows.

New documents are sent, including a new psychological assessment about me. I hope this time they approved the application, I am too exhausted mentally, emotionally and physically :(((
