Appeal or new application

Hi,

I got my visa refusal last friday and in that the VO has mentioned that the course i have opted for doesnt suit my experience and all. I have 7 years of IT experience and i applied for seneca college Project Management course. My consultant says that we can go for an appeal / write a justification letter. How good is that to reappeal than to file a new application. Are there any chances of success.

Honestly, reappeal would not work. They don't care about it. You have to fill a new application (They'll charge full amount). Last year, one of my friends got rejection due to the same issue and he also tried to convince them by writing a justification letter. But their decision is final. They can't change it, unfortunately.

Which consultants did you hire?
