Appeal dismissed without prejudice , is it still open ? Can I appeal again ?. What's next ?

This was a federal court appeal for the refusal of a restoration request - correct?

If so, then it looks like it's time for you to leave Canada and return home.

I went to immigration to discuss my leaving , they ask me to go buy a ticket , I said I don't have money , they detained me there and I been told we ll get it for you , I said no problem , after 30 mn another officer seems from humanitarian come to me and asked me very polite about all what happen to me since I came to Canada and run out of status , I explain everything , she said you don't seem bad guy , you can go we ll send you your medical in the next couple days , and thing she said remember for all who doesn't have a citizen or pr , the officer said to me : when u get your pr then u can talk , smile in my face and let me go.
I think it's because I stayed long period in Canada and my canadians references saved me same as my Canadian wife. Thanks everybody for help.

Just anybody came to Canada as worker or student , There is no rights all jokes ,for Temporary worker work hard and apply for your pr don't wait , student same thing , that how I understand from what they said , no right until you are pr or citizenship , or just go and get married with Canadian if you feel you can't do it because when u came between their hand it's less chance then they ll forgive anything , how matter or nicer you are , they ll face you with the law so be car full and don't kill your life for The permit work study whatever you are still visitor in their eyes they can cancel ur visas and thrrow u out same as the luggage .
This is the new Canada , so be car full , and also be car full in this website here to, there are spy's of cic and officer borders so don't says your full info , not safe here , i can smell , use different names and then post.
