app to sponsor - spouse or conjugal?

hi guys.

we have been legally married for 5 years.

on the sponsor details do we use spouse or conjugal please?

Also my wife's previous husband passed away. should we mention that?

You would have to apply under the spousal category.

Conjugal is only for people who have legal barriers to applying as either spousal (married) or common-law.

Yes, she would have to mention anyone she is previously married, even if they are deceased.

WRT her late husband we did include his details, i i don't see anywhere it allows you to state that he is deceased, as opposed to divorced!
