just want to know what you guys did with forms we do not need to complete for example: original of completed use of representative (imm5476), did you guys include these papers too? did your write anything on them? also there are some parts of the forms where I do not have to fill up, so for those parts is it ok to stick a sticky note that says "not applicable"? is that ok? thanks guys!

I wrote NA on the checklist for anything that didnt apply to us. I did not include forms for the use of rep because we didnt use one.
 
I put a dash through any of the documents on the checklist we didn't include.

Any sections of the documents that we didn't complete I put a N/A.

I didn't include any documents that I didn't use at all, such as the representatives document.
