Apartments suggestion in Windsor for Daily commute to Detroit

Hello, I am looking to move to windsor in July 2020 and would be commuting everyday to detroit for work. I am lookig for residential areas and apartment complex suggestions. I have finished my soft landing but still dont have bank account. Any idea how they will be accepting the security deposits and will they be accepting a tenant with no credit history in Canada? Thank you

Could you please name some specific apartment complex names or communities in and Windsor that are safe, has good schools and accessible from Detroit? Also, if any community with good Indian crowds, Indian stores and restaurants.

People suggest to look up internet rather giving specifics on which good apartment or communities to look for, so it’s very challenging to get any information on this. All apartment complexes coming in google look totally worn out. Classifieds like kjiji don’t give clear picture on safety aspects and feels iffy to rely on them because of unfamiliarity with the area.
