aot confirmation required

Dear all, I have done B.pharmacy - 4 year degree in 2006 , after that I am working with pharmaceutical company in production section , what will be the Aot, ? Can I considered pharmaceutical and production technology having 16 point or pharmacology and pharmaceutical science having zero point,? And my spouse have done master in chemistry in 2008 after master my spouse having work experience in testing of food sample in labs, what will be the aot? If we considered chemistry its show zero point in aot? Can we considered aot as laboratory techanqe in aot? My eligibility is depend on only aot point to get 57... Plx advise.
