AOR2: How to reponse it?

[Regression]

AOR2 from VO asks some documents that have already submitted at once in complete package.
1o I need to re-submit extra one?
2 They also asks update IMM 5669&IMM 5406, no info changes tho, but will still submit them.
Should I mail to them or use web form by Case-Enquiry? Or just do both to prevent delay?

read the letter carefully. More than likely it says "if you have not submitted..." That means, if you have submitted these items already, you don't have to submit them again. These forms are generic, and not all information is specific to you.

If they specified those 2 forms, it could be the forms you submitted are old versions or they were not filled out correctly. it may be worth copying/pasting the letter you received to confirm this information. take out personal information before posting.
