Aor received is delayed,

I applied for Spousal sponsorship for permanent residency since June 2015. My AOR came Feb 2016.
As I checked on-line services from CIC, it said, immigration had sent correspondence by August 2015 and I have not received any letter at that time since I submitted my application. What should I do? It worries me a lot. I have checked my email and there wasn't any letter from cic.Help!

Just to clarify; You filed in June 2015, and only in February 2016 did you receive an AOR, yet eCAS shows AOR from August 2015?

What other lines are in eCAS, anything on the primary applicants side?


You can *try* calling CIC and talking with an agent, they may or may not be helpful. Otherwise, your best bet is applying for GCMS notes and seeing what happened.
