AoR Not received

My spouse who is living in Canada has submitted my sponsorship papers for family visa (spouse category) at CIC Sydney NS during the 1st week of August. But she hasn't received any Acknowledgement of Receipt (AoR) till date. Can anyone let me know how long CIC usually take to respond back.

Around two months. You should hear something in the first week of October.
