AOR Delay

[Farsol]

I applied for PR through as provincial nominee for non express entry in Dec 20 , but I haven't received the AOR yet! Is any one else who has same problem? According other files that I followed It usually should be received by 4 months.
Please let me know your Idea about that .

although I sent webform 2 times, and they respond that the documents have been received on Dec 20 and gave me a temporary No , and said that the file is in queue!
