AOR, BOWP waiting times

I had been pursing SINP program and working on a NOC B Job for the past 19 months (yes Nineteen.. I've been Busy.. lazy and dumb) on a PGWP.
I applied for a job approval letter in Feb 2013 and havent yet recieved it.

I would like to extend my PGWP that expires on Dec 31 2013.

I am eligible under CEC. What are the steps ahead?
What are the waiting times for AOR. I am ready to apply in a few days.
Can I apply for a BOWP as soon as I receive a AOR.

Please help.

1. Determine your eligibility - Canadian Experience Class (check your NOC code and language requirements)

2. Apply under the Canadian Experience Class (gather all necesary papers like reference letters, police and birth certificates, pay stubs, T4 slips, NOA slips etc, obtain application package and fill it up)

What are the waiting times for AOR. I am ready to apply in a few days.

Waiting times for AOR are minimum around 6 weeks

Can I apply for a BOWP as soon as I receive a AOR.
