AOR after spousal sponsorship application (outland)

Hello,
Does anyone know how long does it take to get AOR (acknowledgement of receipt) after spousal PR application (outland)?
I believe, AOR is needed to apply for visitor visa to Canada while Spousal PR application is in process.

I applied on Jan 31 2024 and I still haven't received it, but I see some people got in a less than a month. I guess it depends on the officers
