No not every visa office abroad sends AOR2. Some people receive one and others never do.


Most people can log in at the very latest a few days after receiving SA.

Yes i am able to see ECAS without AOR2. I used my Client ID to see Update

I did receive AOR2 from my VO exactly two months after we received AOR1.

I was able to log into ECAS right after we received AOR1.

Wait, that means I (the sponsor) can look up ECAS using my UCI information, for my wife in Singapore?

I have Included me as Representative during application but not sure if other Sponsor who does not include himself as Representative can Check the ECAS.

Correct if you are the sponsor you do not need to fill out the representative form.

You can log in with the UCI # and your information. It will list the status for SA as well and PR application.

Is this the same for an inland application? Where do I (the sponsor) find my UCI # if we haven't yet received a 2nd AOR?
