Anyone who has never been able to log in e-cas?

Hi all,
I submitted my full application (after being recommended by Sydney CIO) to my local visa office almost 2 months ago. Since then I received no communication from them except the email reply to my enquery that they have NOT changed my B# and I should wait for the appropriate AOR from them. Waiting is fine but I have never been able to check my status online. Is there anyone here with the same problem?

Are you not able to use your old number to log into ecas. One of my friend has also not received any AOR from local office but e is using his old number issued from Sydney and able to check the progress of his application. I myself using both numbers to check the status.

Yes, I have NEVER been able to check my status online. I only have the CIO B# and know that this is the only number I will have. But I just cannot log in and they say you have to wait!

bump! Still waiting for the AOR from the local visa office. Full docs submitted on April 17th 2009. No new file # or AOR received yet! Any ideas?

Rupesh, I only have one first name and one last name. I have tried all posiible combinations of them but no success. Thanks for the comment though. By the way, have you heard from the visa office since your received the new AOR? It's been a while I guess.

not since the AOR from the visa office. i dont expect to hear from them until after september.

I have the same situation! No new AOR after submmitting fuul package, but a week ago my status changed to IN PROCESS (old AOR from Sydney!)
