There's no difference between receiving it on email or your online portal. <- IRCC's words.

I have seen people with AIP updated in GC Key getting PPR irrespective of when they originally applied.

While people with only email AIP, still have nothing. Not sure what the difference could be between emails and GC Key, but I think we're delayed.

I thought PPR will be received only after biometrics & medicals were updated too. But mine are done for so long.

I received AIP in GC Key on Sept. 4th. AIP is dated Sept. 3rd. Applied NON SDS on May 7th. Complete application. No BVL or PPR yet... They are sending PPRs to random people... No one can predict these days who is gonna receive it when...

people with AIPin mail or gc key and medicals updated in gc key are getting PPRs. Not the otherway. and its because of the batch wise processing.
