hello guys, just wanna know if CIC will attached additional paper if I don't have UCI yet or File nos because just sent additional paper and I don't know if they will attached it or not 
anyone who ahve experience sending addtn'l paper without AOR yet?

Without a UCI number or file number, it's going to be difficult for them to know what to do with whatever you send them. Until they open your original package...you don't even exist to them.
You're better off waiting, because you'll have no idea whether or not they `figured it out'.
