Hi all,
Since January 3rd, only those who have attained a French spoken proficiency level of 7 or higher will be invited to submit an application for permanent selection, even if they possess a validated job offer in Quebec. Has anyone received a CSQ without having French proficiency after the June draw?
Could the ministry simply refuse your application for not declaring French proficiency, even if you have a validated job offer and invited to submit for CSQ between June 2023 and January 3rd, 2024?

Thanks,
