Hello...if anybody wants a separate room then there's one basement room available with common kitchen Brand new renovated bathroom...also utilities like Microvawe, Heater , Refrigerator, Laundry...Wi-Fi is not included.

dude, if we cannot get a separate room for 300$ then how come you are offering us. there must be some problem with your room or you are a social servant .
P.S. I am living in a separate room for 250$ including wifi.
