ANYONE KNOWS ABOUT THIS ?

HI We are South East Asia Community. We want to Open a culture festival, but we need to hire some expert from Lao, Thai, Vietnam, Cambodia, Singapore to work here for 2 months like the caribbean country did in the summer . I hear this job don't need LMIA but need a exemption for workers.
Please give me a hint how can I apply for LMIA Exemption ?

Some performing artists are work permit exempt. However I think it's quite likely 2 months is far too long to meet the exemption criteria. You can find some basic information here:

If you deterimed they don't need work permits, they will still need TRVs.
