Anyone know the alternative number for CIC? Not the 888 number :-)

Help, need to call CIC but have VoIP phone and doesn't accept 888 numbers, there was an alternative but I can't find it anymore - didn't think I'd be needing to call CIC again lol

Any help greatly appreciated

I just called this number 0016139444000 2 days back.
Used option 1 , 2, 1, 2, and 1.
