Hi,

I got file number by sep 13 but then after that no news. no news of file has been received in Delhi VO or nothing. Anyone here got update from CIC?

If you have only been given a file number but your credit card hasn't been charged / DD hasn't been cashed - then there's definitely some chance your application has been refused and is being returned to you.

actually my DD has been cashed.. i checked with bank and received file number on sep 13... file received on may 20. but after that 1 month i did not get any information saying my file reached in Delhi
