Anyone have sample letter of Affidavit of police clearance support letter????

I am going to send my Full Documents, but from my past stay in one European country's , still they not issued PCC (police clearance) still I dont get it, I need to write Affidavit letter for that , can any one have it the sample letter, please tell me how to write it and if you guys have any letter please send me on himsinusa@yahoo.com.

it's urgent and very important for me.

If u have applied for a pcc u will get a receipt. Send a zerox copy of the same.

no reciept man, how can get reciept , because I am in the USA and I sent courier documents in the Croatia in European country.
even for FBI and other PCC's I never get any reciept from any embassy's.
please suggest me how to write this kind of letter !!!!

You should apply at the nearest Croatian embassy or consulate.

right but embassy doesnt have facilities over the USA, they told me to apply directly to local provience head querter of croatian town Osijek where I stayed before, and they also told me whatever and where is it written but for coratian PCC embassy will not help, they will help in translation and attestation only.

If they sent you a letter stating that , use it in your response to CIC advising them that you are following the guidelines asked by CIC to obtain the clearance but the Croatian embassy is not being very cooperative in the matter. Advise them also that you have tried directly applying to the local province but have yet to get a response. If you are clear on the matter and show the proof that you tried as you were asked, they may give consideration/leeway on the matter. I would assume that all those requiring Croatian PCC are in the same boat so they may know about the problems there. Good Luck

yes, I have all emails from Croatian embassy and from croatian authority , from croatia croatian authority email in croatian language, but embassy respond is in english.
