My wife and I applied for a spousal visa back in October 2019, as you may know, this was pre pandemic. I am currently a Quebec citizen and after my CSQ, our file was move to London UK and this is when the pandemic started. Since then it seems their incompetence growth even more and we never got update.
We are currently missing her medical exam and the background check ( after that I think it's the passport request not sure though ) I've contact my local federal office and they told me
That the visa office in the UK is currently close because of covid lockdown in the UK. PA is from Ukraine, Kyiv
Anyone has a similar experience/news/advices that can share with me. My wife and I are currently going crazy and we can't see each other because of the pandemic. We don't really know what to do anymore and I personally don't see any light at the of the tunnel.
