I got a caution back in school, 10 years ago aged 13 and caution given under common assault x2 (was a school fight, sounds worse than what it was) on my UK police report that I sent to CIC it says no live trace and now after getting medical requests on May 27th they also requested additional documents of the police report/findings/outcome which luckily I have so sent this too them.

Should I be worried? I obviously declared all of this on my application but do they have grounds to reject?

How long do you think it will be until I hear back from them that (if) it has been 'cleared', I really don't want it to delay processing as already been 14 months and first bit of activity on the application.

Thanks

No, at 13 and a common assault - it should not even be on your criminal records.

I know right, I brought this up with the UK police few years ago and complained but they sent me a letter and said because the rules changed few days before I turned 18 they now have to keep it on file. It should of been off either 5 years after or turning 18 and I just so happen to have been a few days out of the new 'laws' - gutted.

In any event, it will not create any issues for you with CIC.
