Request for medical is mostly sent after the 5th month after your application was received.

I am sponsoring my husband (outland though). We sent in our application March 26th, 2018–AOR recieved on May 2nd, 2018 and Medical requested on May 9th, 2018. His Medical Exam appointment was on May 11th, 2018, sent in the same day as well as passed the same day.
