Anyone get a LMIA EXCEPTION 50 point of the new CRS system?

I just got the Ontario PNP (international students with job offer stream). I wonder if I get into the EE process. Can I get the extra 50 points according to Jobs exempt from the LMIA option? Anyone get the same situation?

Only if you have been working for 1 year on a closed work permit and the employer is offering you at least a year of work after PR. If you are on a PGWP you do not qualify without an lmia.

Thanks for your answer. I have been worked for the employer over 2 years under a PGWP. Currently, I am on a Post graduate work permit. However I got the Ontario PNP, so I can renew my work permit to a close work permit. Just wondered if I get a close work permit. Am I qualified for the extra 50 point.

Sure, after a year of working on that closed work permit.
