anyone fiiled the additional family form

in the additional family saction a it aska your spouse or common low partner what it does mean?
when your sponsor is your spouse
do i have to include my spouse in this saction A of addtional family form?
i know i have 2 write my mum dad and sis and bros but what about the spouse or common low part ?
help me

If means you need to list your spouses name where it says spouse. If you do not have a spouse, you should declare below that you do not have a spouse and sign it but since you say that you are being sponsored by your spouse, you obviously do have one so you should list the name and information of your spouse in the field where it says to.

also my sis &bros also are nt here so
do i have to include them with this form
and what about when the sponsoring person is your spouse ?
do i have 2 include her my application since she's my sponsor

You include your spouse in the first section, even if she is a Canadian. You write your parents' names as well.
In the bottom part of the form you write the names of your brothers and sisters.
Your parents, brothers and sisters do not have to submit photos or medicals. You just write their names on this form. Your spouse is your sponsor, so she is already a Canadian citizen or a PR. So you just write her name on this form; you do not have to submit a medical for her, as she is not applying to come to Canada.

You are giving your family information. It does not matter who is here with you and who is not. You should list your parents and all your siblings and your spouse.
