Anyone facing issues with the CIC website

So,
I have been trying to upload my documents on the EE profile. I might have filled the Personal History section easily a good 20 times since this morning and checked it multiple number of times. Till yesterday I could see all the tabs complete and could go to the upload screen.

However; today my Personal History section keeps showing incomplete and I am unable to move to the next page.

Any help appreciated

I am having the exact same issue , I am trying to resubmit a new EE profile but it keeps saying the online services are down.. very annoying!
