1. Checked tracker on Oct. 16th (Monday) and the "Waiting for You" box and the "Congratulations! You are scheduled for Citizenship...................." update was removed from my tracker - new Tracker Date - Oct. 14
2. Sent an email to Scarborough office on the Oath Email inquiring about the sudden retrieval and got below reply.
Good day,
Thank you for your enquiry. Our records show that you are not scheduled to attend a ceremony on October 24, 2023. Unless you have received an email confirmation from our office, Events showing on the tracker are not confirmed Events. Once you have been scheduled, you will receive an email from IRCC confirming time and date of the Event.

No idea what is happening? Is this usual? Has this happened before as well? Does the new Oath update come in time or will my file be lost in some black hole?
