Anyone did medical exam in Los Angeles California?

Hello everyone,

Just wondering who among you have done medical exam in Los Angeles California area? How long did the medical clinic sent the results?
Please advise also which medical clinic.

I've read somewhere that there are cases when the visa office did not receive the medical exams. I am not sure if this is the courier's fault or the visa office just overlooked or if the clinic itself has problems.

We had our medicals in LA, under Dr. Earla Quisido in temple. We had a pleasant experience with them.
Medicals done in October 16, 2009 and Ottawa received the result on October 27, 2009.

I highly recommend this medical office. Staff are courteous and systematic.

Yes, I am a Registered Nurse here in LA. Just got the email yesternight from CIC-MANILA thru our lawyer for the Passport request for myself and my partner. Very good news to start the new year. The letter was dated December 5, 2009 and I have only 45 days to submitt the requested documents. So happy and excited at the same time and big thanks to all the forumers for all the help.

you mentioned that you're here in LA and your papers are being processed in the PHilippines? I thought when an applicant is in the US, it should be Buffalo to handle to application?

Well, Its complicated, that is why I hired a lawyer based in Ontario to handle my case. He is a bit expensive, but its all worth it.

What's the confusion Skilledpro? Right now when you submit application, applicant has the option to choose Visa office. It could be your country of birth or country of residence. I have the same situation as Reydon123. Congrats again Reydon!
