anyone can tell me where should i send the Right of pemanent resident fee?

my PNP application is under processed by Buffalo, but i haven't paid the Right of pemanent resident fee yet. Today I asked Buffalo office whether i can send now coz i see a lot of people pay already before being asked. Buffalo told me i can pay anytime during the application.

anyone can tell me where should i send the right of pemanent resident fee, i will go to bank to issue bank draft tomorrow.
do i have to include any receipt order? so confusing in the web ?
