Anyone applied to PNP and CEC with one month difference?

Is it ok to apply almost at the same time through PNP and CEC? Lets assume applicant ll get AOR and then withdraw PNP..but i am not sure if i get first PNP, what ll happen?
The reason why am i applying to PNP is to be on safe side..i was screwed three times, so this is my last year..
Any suggestion please..

You can apply both at the same time, and i assume they would request you to withdraw the second application once the other application is finalized.....

Please correct If I am wrong ....but there is no issue in applying both

Yes, it is absolutely fine to apply for both. When you say you were screwed 3 times before, what happened?

My case is really unique..ok i rejected Food Servis Supervisor job in TOronto and moved to SK in 2012 april 29 because that time they had 6 month work 960 hours..may 1st SK changed law and doubled it, consequently 1920 hours 1 year..i was screwed ..ok i thought i ll do that..took me 10 days to find accomodation and i found 10 days project work..May and June..months i lost cause jobs were not full time..started from July 2012 full time..2013 May 27th SK agian changed the law, and i was screwed again and couldnt apply cause of quota..right now i have skilled job (according to SINP job approval letter) and 1 year ll be done in February 2014..so this is my last year, and ll go for CEC..since there might be rejection from CEC(you never know) i ll apply January through SINP and February CEC..pretty much thats it..everyone applied got it only my dog luck gives me trouble..

for CEC just make sure your job duties match with the NOC code job duties(don't copy paste from the website)...if you can do that you will get approved 100% best of luck!
