Not sure what is LOA... but if you want to know who has applied for spousal sponsorship, then yes - see in my signature the link to the spreadsheet when people have applied and where they are at for now...

I applied in may and havent recieved anything so far. I can't even seem to speak to a person at the call centre, i get the "all our lines are busy message" and then they cut me off.
